Programs & Services

Slip into the warm waters of our pool for a swim or class. Open everyday, 6:00am to 10:00pm.

Gentle Wave

This steady-paced class is excellent for those who want to become or stay physically active. The stress-free water environment allows for the development of agility, mobility, posture, flexibility, and endurance.


Our intermediate-level Wave class is a fast-paced, total-body workout for those looking to challenge themselves. This vigorous class incorporates music and emphasizes strong cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength.


Elderfit is an exercise program designed for seniors and those with physical challenges. It aims to raise awareness among seniors to the health and lifestyle benefits of remaining physically and mentally active. Endorsed by local doctors and physiotherapists, as well as the Arthritis Society, the sessions are taught by trained facilitators in a stress-free environment. The ability to swim is not required.

Fit for Function

emOcean offers a fitness program dedicated to helping 55+ adults stay active and live a healthier life. This program provides specialty exercises to improve overall health while supporting aging bones and joints. The program improves and sustains joint mobility, muscle tone, independence, and functional endurance.


All families are welcome. It's a great opportunity for kids to burn off some energy and have a great time as they become better swimmers. *Please note: These are unsupervised swims. All children must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.

Pool Buddies

Tuesday classes are instructor led and Thursday classes are self-directed fitness time. Both classes provide participants with a total body workout in a fun, stress-free environment.


Our pool provides an excellent environment for physical therapy. Offering a pool-level entrance, PAL chair lift, and staff physiotherapist, the pool can be utilized by all mobility-challenged swimmers.


This energizing workout includes four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. This class is fast-paced and fun and burns up tons of calories.
